Please visit this page regularly to take notice of any amendments we might have made to the Terms of Service.
Access to www.prismlondon.com is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period of time. On occasion, we may restrict access to some areas or all of this Website.

We have no control over the Linked Sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Delivery will be made approximately within 14-28 days after payment is received (unless otherwise specified, so please enquire).

For all deliveries within the EU -VAT is included. For deliveries outside EU - VAT/duty will need to be paid on receipt of goods.

PAYMENTS:

All methods of payments must be cleared before delivery.

PRIVACY POLICY:

PRISM London Ltd respects and regards highly the privacy rights of its online users, and ensures that all information provided is held and transmitted in a protected and confidential environment.

PRISM London Ltd will never store financial details (credit or debit card numbers).

We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so.

GIFT-WRAPPING:

For specially gift-wrapped items please send an email enquiry to [email protected]. A special note can be sent with the wrapping if required.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

Can be accepted within 10 days after delivery, provided the items are in perfect condition, unworn & undamaged. Swimwear must have all labels and hygiene strip in tact.

After the 10 days, a credit note will be offered within 3 days of receiving the goods, in exchange for your items. Please note items not ‘cared-for’ in the correct method will not be refunded or exchanged.

Please send items back by ‘Special Delivery’ or by any other recorded method, with a receipt obtained from the Post office or Courier used, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost during transit. Postage costs will not be refunded on refunded or exchanged items.

Returns from outside of the EU must be invoiced as "RETURNED GOODS - OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" to prevent them being held at UK Customs. Any customs charges incurred are payable by the customer.

In An Unlikely Event of a Fault, the item(s) will be refunded, exchanged, or replaced as soon as possible. Items not ‘cared-for’ in the correct method will not be considered a fault. Please send items back by ‘Special Delivery’ or by any other recorded method, with a receipt obtained from the Post office or Courier used, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost during transit. Postage costs will be fully refunded on faulty items.

Please note all sale items are non-refundable.
